Booking & Package Terms 预约与配套条款
- Advance payment is required to confirm an appointment.预约需预先付款方可确认。
- At least 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation.改期或取消须至少提前24小时通知。
- Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in full.逾时取消或未出席可能按全额收费。
- Clients arriving late will receive the remaining time of the scheduled session. Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes without prior notice may be treated as a missed appointment.迟到的客户将使用原定时段的剩余时间。未事先通知且迟到超过20分钟者，可视为缺席。
- Counselling packages are available after the initial session and where continued sessions are mutually considered suitable.心理咨询配套于首次会谈后、双方认为适合继续时方可购买。
- The 3-session package is valid for two (2) months, and the 5-session package is valid for three (3) months.3次配套有效期为两(2)个月；5次配套有效期为三(3)个月。
- Packages are personal, non-transferable and generally non-refundable.配套仅限本人使用，不可转让，一般不予退款。
- Online and in-person sessions are subject to availability and suitability.线上及面对面会谈视时段安排与适合程度而定。
- Full booking, cancellation and package terms will be provided before the appointment is confirmed.完整的预约、取消及配套条款将在确认预约前提供。
- Workshop and corporate fees may vary according to programme scope, duration, venue, number of participants and customisation requirements.工作坊及企业服务费用将根据课程范围、时长、场地、人数及定制需求而有所调整。
