The fees below are the current reference for individual services, public or private workshops and ad-hoc customised corporate engagements. If a service requires customisation, additional preparation or a training-provider arrangement, we will provide a separate quotation before you confirm.

Counselling

Settling into Malaysia Counselling follows the same counselling fees for newcomers and long-stay residents, including MM2H participants and family members. Where suitable after the initial 90-minute session, the three-session continuity package can be used as a short adjustment-support pathway.

These prices are general starting references for ad-hoc customised corporate talks and workshops. The final fee depends on scope, duration, participant numbers, venue, materials and preparation.

HRD Corp Programmes

Quotation required

HRD Corp programmes are quoted separately. Where registration or claim arrangements apply, the appointed registered training provider and relevant administration will be confirmed directly in the quotation process.

Booking and package terms

  1. 1Advance payment is required to confirm an appointment.
  2. 2At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling.
  3. 3Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in full.
  4. 4A late arrival will reduce the remaining session time so the next appointment is not affected.
  5. 5An arrival more than 20 minutes late without prior notice may be treated as a missed appointment.
  6. 6Counselling packages are available after the initial session and where continued sessions are mutually considered suitable.
  7. 7The three-session package is valid for two months. The five-session package is valid for three months.
  8. 8Packages are personal, non-transferable and generally non-refundable.
  9. 9Online and in-person counselling are available. In-person sessions require a confirmed appointment; walk-ins are not available.
  10. 10Workshop and corporate fees may vary according to scope, duration, venue, participant numbers, materials and customisation.
