This page explains how Solis Insight handles personal information, and the professional boundaries that apply to counselling, coaching, workshops and workplace programmes.
Solis Insight Sdn. Bhd. may collect and process personal information provided through WhatsApp, email, enquiry forms, bookings and client intake forms for responding to enquiries, arranging services, payment, record-keeping, referral, supervision, internal administration and applicable professional or legal responsibilities.
Information may be stored in physical files or secure digital systems. Reasonable steps will be taken to reduce unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access or correction requests may be sent to shirley@solisinsight.my, subject to applicable law, professional record-keeping responsibilities and identity verification.
Please do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information through a general website form. Counselling information should be provided through the appropriate intake and service process.
Counselling provides a structured professional space to explore concerns and work towards realistic goals. It does not guarantee a particular result and is not psychiatric treatment, medical treatment, emergency intervention or legal advice.
Coaching and workshops are for reflection, education, personal development or workplace capability building. They are not psychotherapy, diagnosis, medical treatment or a guarantee of a specific emotional or organisational outcome.
Shirley Chai's legal background may inform her awareness of professional boundaries, workplace risk and documentation. Services provided through Solis Insight do not constitute legal advice or create a solicitor-client relationship.
HRD Corp programmes described on this website are promoted and facilitated by Chai Sei Lei. Where HRD Corp arrangements apply, registration, claim administration and documentation are handled through the registered training provider appointed for the engagement and confirmed directly with the client.
DASS-21 is used only as a guided self-report wellbeing-awareness tool within specified programmes. It is not used as a diagnosis, clinical label, disciplinary assessment or substitute for professional evaluation.
